… as they usually restrict the content of the German Civil Code to the detriment of the customer in the legally possible area. We want to conduct our business with you to the satisfaction of both parties, so we do not have to restrict your rights.
In the case of justified complaints, we will deal with the matter in an accommodating manner and for other cases, such as non-payment, the legal options set out in the BGB are sufficient for us.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, we would like to point out that you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods. In the case of parcels returned freight collect, we will only refund the difference.
